How Reiki Works with Life Force Energy

So, now that we have a better understanding of what life force energy is, how does Reiki actually work with it?

Life force energy is already within you. You don’t have to go searching for it—it’s part of what makes you alive. But just like a stream can get blocked by fallen branches, or a song can fall out of rhythm, the natural flow of energy in your body can get disrupted.
